Abra38 Max : Ultra-Flexible 38 Shore A Abrasion Resistant Rubber Sheet

What is Abra38 Max?

Abra38 Max is the highest-specification grade in Duratuf’s Abra series with 38 Shore A hardness, the highest tensile strength of 24 MPa, the highest elongation of 800%, and the lowest specific gravity of 0.98 SG in the range. At 0.98 SG, Abra38 Max is lighter than water, the lowest density formulation in the entire Duratuf rubber sheet portfolio.

Abra38 Max is the ultra flexible abrasion resistant rubber sheet formulated for high impact industrial applications. It is manufactured for applications requiring extreme dynamic flexing without fatigue failure: repeated impact with full shape recovery, continuous flexing under mechanical load and abrasive contact under movement. Specified for press and stamping machine base pads, high-impact industrial skirting, isolator pads and high-tonnage chute lining where every other grade has been found insufficient.
Available in Red and Pink colors only. 24-month warranty. Export Grade. Explore the full technical details about the product:
