Formulated using a blend of Natural Rubber (NR) and Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Duratuf natural rubber sheets can endure huge physical stress without tearing or breaking down. Better known as the DuraGen range, our natural rubber sheets come in a variety of hardness levels.
What are Natural Rubber Sheets?
Natural rubber sheets are the most common and popular rubber sheeting type used for industrial purposes. Their composition, as per the natural rubber sheets manufacturer, is mostly natural rubber, blended with the SBR polymer. At Duratuf, we make sure that from composition, calendaring, to treatment of the rubber sheets- everything is done under strict quality surveillance.
Our natural rubber sheets are tested for their tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, specific gravity, and resistance to various chemicals. DuraGen products are available in Lite and X variants. Although mostly available in black, color can be customized in DuraGenX versions.
