What is Fluoro75 Pro?
Fluoro75 Pro is Duratuf’s pro grade FKM rubber sheet, compounded at 100% fluoroelastomer polymer, no blended grades, no filler substitution. It is manufactured for industrial applications where operating conditions exceed the thermal and chemical limits of EPDM, nitrile, neoprene & general-purpose elastomers.
The sheet maintains full structural integrity and mechanical properties from -40°C to +300°C continuous operating temperature. At that range, Fluoro75 Pro withstands simultaneous exposure to hydrocarbon fuels, aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, and UV/ozone environments without swelling, softening, or dimensional change.
Fluoro75 Pro is the correct specification when two or more of the following apply: operating temperature exceeds 150°C, the service medium is a fuel, oil, or halogenated solvent, long-term sealing integrity under pressure is required, or the application demands documented REACH and RoHS compliance.
