Neo65 Max: Premium Neoprene (Chloroprene) Rubber Sheet - 100% CR

What is Neo65 Max?

Neo65 Max is Duratuf’s premium quality neoprene rubber sheet, compounded at 100% chloroprene (CR) polymer, the maximum available polymer concentration in the Duratuf neoprene range. At 10 MPa tensile strength and 350% elongation, Neo65 Max delivers the highest mechanical performance and longest service life of any neoprene grade.

Rated -30°C to +110°C, Neo65 Max is the correct specification for marine fender linings, dock sealing, heavy-duty industrial gaskets, and seals in fuel handling equipment where maximum durability and oil/ozone resistance are simultaneously required. 24-month warranty from invoice date against manufacturing defects.
Best for:

  • Marine and dock fender linings and hull sealing
  • Heavy-duty industrial gasket manufacturing
  • Seals in fuel handling and oil-splash environments
  • Maximum service life requirement where replacement cost matters more than initial material cost
