DuraBlast55 Pro : High Flexible Commercial Shot Blasting Rubber Sheet

What is DuraBlast55 Pro?

DuraBlast55 Pro is Duratuf’s flexible & commercial grade hot blasting rubber sheet having 55 Shore A hardness at 5.0 MPa tensile strength. The softer 55 Shore A compound compared to DuraBlast65 Pro gives it different performance characteristics, higher compliance under load, better surface contact across irregular surfaces and a cleaner non-marking surface finish, making it the specified choice for protective equipment linings, cushioned base layers and tool room surfaces where surface marking or scratching must be avoided.

DuraBlast55 Pro physical properties are tested under the ASTM D412, ASTM D2240, and ASTM D297. As a result, their quality and performance meet the industrial standards. The sheet is available in Black and vibrant color variants Tan, Off White, and Red to meet both industrial and commercial application needs.
