DuraBlast45 Max: Natural rubber sheet

What is DuraBlast45 Max?

The DuraBlast45 Max is made of high-quality natural rubber that delivers remarkable performance in industries requiring flexibility, cushioning, and moderate mechanical performance. It is a soft and resilient natural rubber sheet engineered for general-purpose use mainly.

The hardness of DuraBlast45 Max is 45 ± 5° Shore A and is tested by the ASTM D2240 standard. In addition, this rubber roll material has a specific gravity of 1.30 ± 0.05 and elongation at break of 350%.

Available in both standard black and aesthetically appealing color variants like Tan, Off White, and Red, DuraBlast45 Pro is ideal for use in controlled environments where resistance to aggressive chemicals or oils is not a primary requirement.

Frequently Asked Questions

DuraBlast45 Max is used for impact-absorbing pads, anti-vibration liners, protective surface covers, sealing applications, noise dampening sheets, and cushioning in packing and assembly lines. It is ideal for clean, non-oily industrial environments.

The sheet has a nominal hardness of 45 ± 5 Shore A (ASTM D2240), providing soft cushioning combined with structural strength.

As per ASTM D412, Tensile Strength: Minimum 10.0 MPa (Observed 10.5 MPa) and Elongation at Break: Minimum 350% (Observed 381%). These values indicate high strength and superior elasticity compared to standard soft rubber sheets.

The specific gravity is 1.30 ± 0.05 (Observed 1.32) as per ASTM D297, offering balanced density for cushioning and sealing performance.

DuraBlast45 Max operates effectively within –20°C to +70°C, making it suitable for indoor industrial environments.

DuraBlast45 Max provides fair resistance to ozone and dilute acids/bases, but it is not recommended for exposure to oils, solvents, or concentrated acids and bases.

Yes. The sheet features a plain finish on both top and bottom surfaces, allowing accurate die-cutting, manual shaping, bonding, and faster installation.
