Best for high-wear, high-impact environments such as shot-blasting cabinets, mining chutes, and heavy material handling, where downtime from sheet failure is the real cost, not the sheet price.

All grades are supplied in standard 10m x 1.2m rolls, thickness 2mm to 12mm as standard and up to 60mm on custom order. Custom width up to 2,500mm, length up to 20m, and finish options of plain, textured, fine ribbed, or mixed on request.
When Natural Rubber is Not the Right Choice
Natural rubber’s biggest strength, excellent resilience and abrasion resistance, comes with a trade-off: it performs poorly against oils, fuels, concentrated chemicals, and prolonged UV or ozone exposure. If your application involves any of the following, a different polymer will outlast NR by a wide margin:
- Oil, fuel, or grease contact: choose Nitrile (NBR) rubber sheets instead.
- Continuous outdoor exposure, ozone, or steam: choose EPDM rubber sheets instead.
- Balanced oil and weather resistance with flame retardance: choose Chloroprene (Neoprene) rubber sheets instead.
- Strong acids or oxidising chemicals: choose Chlorosulfonated (Hypalon) rubber sheets instead.
If your application sits purely on abrasion, impact, and mechanical wear without chemical or oil exposure, natural rubber remains the strongest and most cost-effective choice in our range.

- Samples: request A4 or A6 samples (available free of cost, courier charges at actuals) to test the specification independently before committing to volume.
- Batch consistency: ask for test certificates for each production batch, not just the master datasheet. Specifications should hold across your full order, not just the sample piece.
- Thickness and dimensions: confirm exact thickness, width, and length against your application. A mismatch here is the single most common cause of application failure.
- Customisation: confirm your supplier can adjust thickness, dimensions, and colour for your order rather than forcing you into standard stock sizes.
- Warranty: Duratuf grades carry warranty tiers from nil (Lite) up to 24 months (Max) from invoice date against manufacturing defects. Confirm which tier applies to your chosen grade before ordering.
- Inventory and lead time: standard grades ship in 2 to 4 working days; custom thickness in 3 to 7 working days. For large orders, confirm stock availability upfront to avoid delays.
- Shipping terms: Duratuf ships LCL and FCL (20ft/40ft) under FOB, CIF, CFR, or Ex-Works terms, with moisture-resistant HDPE wrapping for sea transit.
